Texas Image proudly provides a three stage degreasing and Phosphate cleaning system prior to any finishing process. We take pride in utilizing the best chemicals on all our parts in order to ensure product durability against the harshest of weather conditions. Our three step degreasing and phosphate system allows for parts to be free of grease and other residues that may have otherwise kept the finishing from being presented at its finest quality.

Texas Image provides powder coating using Nordson Powder Coating Equipment and wet paint using a Binks and Devilbiss spray gun. Our equipment is being used with Hybrids, Polyester, Epoxy and Polyurethane coatings per our customer’s blueprints.

We currently house two 10x10x10 batch ovens for quick turnaround jobs. This allows us to decrease our turnaround rate time in half while efficiently producing higher workload volumes.

When art work is provided by the customer, we are able to create our own screens for silk screening. If per the customer’s necessity, we are also able to send out art work to be created. We maintain a vast inventory of screens in order to facilitate future projects.

We are currently certified to paint/powder coat for companies such as BancTec and General Dynamics. Texas Image is proud to serve industries such as the aviation, military, automotive, medical, banking, and entertainment.
